    Hi Jane

yes, she likes anything Japanese, even if she doesn't really like the taste of it. :rotfl: A friend is teaching her Japanese and she loves the cartoon - the name escapes me with the Japanese characters well more CGI animation I think,. They have found a Japanese flag and are going to buy her a kimono dress, but trying to think of more things...

In the end, we decide if we're remembered for what happened to us or for what we did with it ;)

    Hi Jennied

Do you have a Wilkinsons near you? Or try Poundland, your local charity shops, if you have cheap shops near where you live, we have ones, and they sell baskets cheaply.

Today in my local town, there was a french market and they were selling baskets, all shapes and sizes, all for £1 each.
HTH. Good luck with the hammper for your mum. Check out the Boots Grabbit thread for cheap goodies too.

How much are you looking to spend? I don't know if you have seen that Gwen Stefani has a new perfume range out in the shape of her Harijuku(sp?) followers, i'm not sure how much they cost. Dont know if that is any help?

I bought 2 lovely gingham lined(1 blue 1 pink) baskets from Dunelm Mill last weekend they were £1.99 each, I have also had 1 from the Range for the same price. (page 147 post 2923) I think Morrisons sell them in different sizes too.

Dunelm also had lovely white hand towels for £1.29each and easter towels for £1.99. I just couldn't resist :rotfl:
