Hels102 - those bags are absolutely gorgeous. I particularly love the flowers - can I just ask if you used a template from somewhere to make those? I'd love the outline as I'm rubbish at drawing freehand!
  • Hels 102 - love the bags - wish I had the patience for sewing! ... maybe one day! They are great though!

Lovely hamper cocktail, I'll have to keep that in mind for when someone moves!!

I know this isn't a hamper, but they will be filled with goodies for mothers day, I'm ashamed to say it's the first time I'v EVER sewn anything so i'm quite pleased with how they've turned out! Wonder if I will be-able to sew my own trousers up now...I'm forever using wonderweb!!!

Just as shelley said, hels the bags are fabulous, I can't believe you never sewed before either. The colours you used really compliment each other. I so love them.

thevicster, I'm loving your hampers and your ideas too. Crossword and puzzle hampers, fantastic idea, I'd love one myself.

Thank you all so much for you lovely comments, I wasn't 100% sure about giving them as mothers day presents but you've all made my mind up for me!!

I can't really take any credit for the design, I bought all the bits to sew!! The cat was a nightmare becasue I stuffed his face with cotton wool!
