I am making a baking hamper for my friend whose birthday is tomorrow... eek
So far I have a basket, several tubs of the supercook sprinkles etc that were on special offer a while ago, muffin cases, bun cases, a little book with dessert recipes in and a chocolate mini calendar. Any more ideas? I was going to get some silicon bun things or some baking tools from Home bargains...
Ooh, and I bought 6 creme eggs, was going to transfer them to an actual egg boxGod is good, all the time

I think if your other hamper for OH is from someone else but it will be obvious you are putting it together for him then maybe you could put something in from them, like a note to say how much he means to them. I think because you have done such a good job of summing him up in your hampers it might make the choice of topics a little narrow. Would it make him sad if you focused on the new job thing? Like get him new ties, a set of pens, a desk pic of the kids, some shoe polish...
Oooh what a fab ideaThankyou I would never have thought of something like that!!! ... I will have to have a wander out tomorrow and see if I can pick things up for him.
Thankyou ever so much!!!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Cool wall - (made myself out of card which I printed and then I asked OH what cars he has had or would like and made the cars up myself, If you want I can print them off for you and send them to you? Will take a photo later on.)
Big book of top gear 2009 - Amazon.com
Top gear midlife crisis book - Woolieswas cheap
Top Gear calandar - shop locally but available on half cost website
Top gear keyring - play.com
I want to try and make up 2 tshirts for children saying MY DADDY IS THE STIG
and possibly a dvd of some kind but I probably will leave that.Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Following on from Sians fabulous suggestion can anyone think of anything else ...
Shirt
Tie
Picture frame with pics of children
shoe polish
shoe polish brushes
Set of pens/mechanical pencil
New mug
new bag/briefcase
lunchbox (nothing flash or fancy)
flask
Trousers (the clothing and shoe polish will fit in with the boots I have bought for his birthday)
Coffee sachets?
Tea bags?
Obviously these are just ideas and depending on how MSE I can pick these things up depends on how much I can get. The budget is £30 though so fairly high budget.
Any more suggestions please??Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0
