rusty - those boxes........I can't get over how lovely they are..................:T
Super hampers everyone. Looked at my baskets again this morning........OH says they look ok but I don't..........used the wrong sort of ribbon for a start and clear cello (had it given me so was being cheapskate)..........thinking I might sneaking re-do them when OH is out of the way......got some lovely lilac cellophane with a bunch of flowers OH bought me yesterday - not big enough to do whole basket but would cover over the contents ok.........then pretty ribbon and job done ! (I hope)
Bit stuck till I get scratch cards and lottery tickets to pop in various jars I've done..........anyone know if you can get lottery tickets in advance for the Christmas draw ?Mary

I have used clear cello on some of my baskets and it looks fine. Have you got some curling ribbon and add quite a few bits of that under your bow.0 -
rufusd!!!2 - no - haven't got any curling ribbon.........was trying to manage with what I'd got. Local florist has the big bows she''ll sell me and she's having some christmas cello in so might end up getting some of that.
I think at the minute they look so awful as all the contents inside can be seen and as one is for my teenage grandaughter I want her to have more of a surprise. The other is for my son's girlfriend.
It's a case of either using what I've got and covering the basket over and adding a ribbon or getting more cello and ribbon.Mary

I have a bit of a rookie question!
My mum LOVES opening things , but would that make her hamper look a bit off if everything was wrapped under the cellophane?
Thanks
Also everyones hampers are looking great , i could easily eat the chocolate boxes :rotfl::T

Rinroo, I don't want to seem like a nag cos I know you've already been asked but I would also like to know where you got your boxes from?
Kandipandi, I also really like your black and white box, where is it from?

I have spent the last hour or so wrapping presents, my sons stocking is wrapped and almost full, just waiting on a parcel from tickseed, same with OH's stocking, I need to find more for my daughters though. All of my daughters presents are wrapped, all of my sons apart from his xbox are wrapped and I haven't finished buying for OH or even started wrapping. However I also have most of the familys wrapped aswell
I am feeling good
Still to buy is:
OH's pressies mainly small stuff
My daughters stocking fillers
Movie night box for BIL and his mrs and kids (I have popcorn its a start!)
Satin PJ's for MIL
Then I am doneRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0
