No email for either my wife or myself, we use the same email address so I'm wondering if we will get one or two emails ?

Another thing - when the second emails start to appear what's to stop everyone else who hasn't received a second email attempting to log on and try to shift their money ?

PS we use talktalk - has anybody else with talktalk received an email ?

I just tried login on and get the following message when I try to "claim"

'If you do not see any options below then you are currently unable to initiate your FSCS claim. Once you have received your email notification please log back into your account and initiate your FSCS claim. '

I am wondering if thats because I have not got the first or second email LOL.

No e-mail for me either........ The website says something to the effect of 'if you haven't had your first e-mail by 4th December, telephone us' Hm... another month?

my e mail address was in uppercase and it arrived. Any plus.net people out there, do what it says in post 70
If I managed to find it then anyone can:
I also did the following:
put spam filtering on OFF
catch all to ON
edge protection to OFF

I made a note of all these changes so that I can get back to normal after the second e mail

post 70 is key. All you have to do is highlight and click. Just take your time and then wait a bit

The 3 settings above can all be found via: e mail settings, manage my mail, spam and also catch all

.... also, don't think we can blame our e-mail suppliers either. I'm on world client, not hotmail or talktalk, so not that.
