Not much more you can do then, Virgin will be cutting people off who use Limewire this year though so he might get stopped before she gets fined.

Amazon is brilliant for music downloads, no rubbish DRM on it and cheap :D

  • I do hope so gem, but only time will tell.

Not doing much today, but bt took their money today  phew that was close :rotfl: I 'may' have to spend 50p on the sun though if they have a holiday token in there today. I recieved my prority form in the post last week so I have decided to try and get a holiday through that this year. You have to put down 4 dates so I will put down the one I have for this side of the holiday 'year' and then I will just stick down anything the other side. So I 'should' get a holiday this year never the less. However I am unsure what I will do if I dont get the april dates. However I will cross that bridge when it happens.

Oh and another blip  work wants (or the government) proof of 'you' because of some assylum/immigration thing. Anyways they will only accept the 'long' birth certificate (the one listing your parents), a work visa or a passport. Well I have only got a small birth certificate, mum was never given/offered one when I was born. So I have to pay for another one ~ £8 it will cost me just to prove I can work  This totally makes me mad, anyways it has to be done because if not they will suspend me ~ ahh great! So I need to do that but I will get mum to ring up on monday for me, but alas I have to get the £8 put into my bank first  So effectively work ~ or the government has made me work 2 hours for nothing (the cost of the replacement) Oh joys. So thats my rant for today :rotfl:
  • I am not doing the sun holiday thing now. So I just went on another board and saw a user post about checking the prices online before booking through the Sun. I have done this before and sometimes they are cheaper but havens are hit and miss when there prices drop. Anyway mum has chosen a parkdean holiday park this year not a haven site. Now I have just been looking online and the park she wants to go to is curently having a 'sale' so 4 nights are £78.85 and 7 nights are £105.40. The sun holiday (4 day break) is £88 after service charges and the 7 night break is £110.00. So being mse I will do it online when I get payed, mum has told me to take the holiday money out of what I would pay her house keeping in the month but I still have to pay my half. It will mean skipping 1/2 of this months savings but alas I am not in debt so I need not worry :)

    Hello Pap,
Just started reading this thread this morning whilst Ebaying, and I say you should go for the holiday. Once it is booked, I am sure all will be ok and is something to look forward to.
Hope all goes well for you in 2009
    xxx
  • Mickey, no nothing of value. I am sure it will be fine though I will save some spends from somewhere. I may even count whats in my piggy now and use that as a start. :T
