Evening all, happy new year gem and sf
Ok mini blip number one  Mum returned some of the money that she borrowed a few months ago. Great I thought i can pay that all into my savings... untill bt stuck their oar in :rotfl: Basically while I was off the mse radar I signed back up to bt, yes its more expensive, yes its something I could have done without but my brother is using illegal companys to download music and he was using it as a carrot if something needed doing etc etc. Anyways its £35 a month, only they didnt state I had to pay a month in advanceSo on the 4th they will take £58.08  Now I am sooo glad mum gave me some of her money back.
So I will deposit £35.99 into my savings today :j I also have been given some birthday money but I will be buying a pedometer with that. I wanted this modal for so long, I first saw it on my wlr site for £40 then it went down to £29. I have been watching amazon over christmas and its gone down to £16 :j and its free delivery. Do I want it ~ yes, can I afford it ~ yes and can I find it chaper anywhere else ~ noAlso I had some of my wii money payed to me, I told her not to worry untill after payday but she has given me some now. I need to buy a new bus ticket as mine has ran out and then I will transfer the remainder into my savings on monday :T

Mickey I havent had a sucessful day for ages :rotfl:This weekend I havent got anything planned, if I was still an 100% mse'r I would be doing dooyoo (or whatever it is) and ebaying etc. But I am just taking the xmas decs down and going for my birthday meal (if mum remembers). I do have to tend to the animals and do the usuall 'weekend stuff' but other than that I wont be doing much... I may even log on here0 -
So do you have two completely separate internet connections now then PAP? I'd be a bit worried about the music downloads as they are really clamping down on that at the moment. Who's name is the connection in that he is using? No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Gem we always have had two internet connections. I was the first to install the internet in our house eons ago (i was 18 at the time) with aol, I then changed to bt for a cheaper package. When my brother got older he wanted the internet but I refused to share my line. Therfore he set up virgin in Mums name (she approves) with access for him on the telephone. Anyways he has always used lime wire which I dissaproved of and he knew it. So my bt line went wrong and in the end after 2 weeks (I used his connection in this time) the couldnt fix it so I just payed my brother £10 a month. Then I found out not only was he downloading music but movies too (I totally object to that) and at a time I would be using the connection so it was worse than dial up. That day I ordered bt again for a 'cheap package'.
I have nothing to do with his line now and if he gets caught then it will be on his head. I only download from itunes and although its not the cheapest place its simple and it works on my pod0 -
Okay makes sense. It won't be on his head though if it's in your mum's name, it'll be hers.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Gem, I know I have warned her but she doesnt seem that bothered. She just say's 'well i know nothing about computers'. After I explain she just shrugs me off. I can only do so much, which is a shame.
Beainie, I know someone on another forum recived a bill of £400 for one track her bil downloaded onto her pc  I would rather pay the 79p to start with, especailly as you can get quidco/nectar points now0
