    I was gonna make a "notsofatso" mse chub club last big snap but never got round to it lol, I may still do it :) would be unsure what part of the board I would put it on though!

    I will try and get a list of tips together over the next few days, if anyone wants them email me requests at polobint at aol dot com :D

    I also have all the slimming world files and weight watcher files / books / charts / food diaries / everything else on my pc which i can either send to you all in 3 emails as too big for one, or I would be happy to put them on disc and post them to you

    If anyone has tips on "clearing myself out" email me.... cant remember the last time I had a semi-decent sh!te :D

    weight watchers is more difficult - you have to count points etc

    slimming world is a piece of pish after the first wek of getting your head around whats red and whats green, its common sense really

    used to post in the pie club thread, but was far to busy.. couldnt keep up when i'd been to work so jacked it :rolleyes:
