I did slimming world for 6 months last year and lost almost 3 stone. I kept it off at first but slowly started creeping on especially since the summer holidays, i'm on... not had a decent sh!te for months now so I dont know how I did it lol

I lost a shed load of weight after I had the savage, got down to 9 1/2 stone which was light for me as ive always hung around the 13 stone mark.

My heaviest was almost 20 stone. I imagine after this week of being on, I will weigh in at 12.12lb ish on monday. I don't look "right" being lighter than 12stone as I am tall ish lol

it is easy to lose the weight if you are in the right mind set. Exercise and water did it for me the first time, its harder this time round as I have my hip operations to contend with.

If you need any help Muffy - I know the ins and outs of it all, I know all the tips to shed it quickly too! And they work :D

I am deffo in the right mindset, got a wedding to lose another 5 stone for in July (my wedding :D )
Thats amazing polo, you must be really proud of what you have achieved! :T :T

I was in teh magazine in March/April I think in the fertility article :rotfl:(I did not say the bit about trying different positions)

I'm finding the diet really annoying because, despite losing 3 stone myself since April myself, the only place I can see it in myself is in my face.. meh! it isn't stopping me though :) this thread is going from the 80s to a diet thread, all in the matter of an hour or so :rotfl:

lets stop yapping about dieting now as I am flucking starvin! Considering I chomped my way through both the selection boxes we bought for Ella's two eldest boys this week, a 6lb weight loss was unbelievable lol
