You have to get that photo and post it on here.
How fab is that, a kid with a frankie t-shirt!:rotfl:

And well done polo and muffy on the weight loss.
Muffy those photo's are fantastic. They look like they should be in a magazine.
You both make me feel guilty for just stuffing my face with a bread roll and cheese.

I did slimming world for 6 months last year and lost almost 3 stone. I kept it off at first but slowly started creeping on especially since the summer holidays, i'm on... not had a decent sh!te for months now so I dont know how I did it lol

I lost a shed load of weight after I had the savage, got down to 9 1/2 stone which was light for me as ive always hung around the 13 stone mark.

My heaviest was almost 20 stone. I imagine after this week of being on, I will weigh in at 12.12lb ish on monday. I don't look "right" being lighter than 12stone as I am tall ish lol

it is easy to lose the weight if you are in the right mind set. Exercise and water did it for me the first time, its harder this time round as I have my hip operations to contend with.

If you need any help Muffy - I know the ins and outs of it all, I know all the tips to shed it quickly too! And they work :D

Tanya. They have refused her bail. Jack is trying to get to the witness and make them change their story...the witness is Stacy.

I'd lost 5 stone at that point :) put a couple back on after 2 more children, but still 3 odd stone lighter than in the first piccy. Went from a size 24 to around a size 14 in 5 months

muffy you look amazing i really admire people who can lose weight cos it is not easy and that was in 5 months??

slimming world sounds good...fancy trying it cos im gettin nowhere with weight watchers but it sounds so complicated
