I am on a weight loss forum and I know peeps have a lot of success with SW and WW - I think it just depends which one you can get your head round.

I recently lost three stone after DD2 - and am very proud to admit to being a size 8 (for the first time in years!). But, I just did it the old fashioned way of eating small portions, a lot of water, and nothing (at all) after 6pm.

If i stuck to eating healthily loads of veg, fuit, salad etc......and drank loads of water etc.

How much do you reckon i could lose????

As for constipation, have you ever had picolax. It has to be prescribed by a doctor but hell does it explode!:eek:
