Pot O' Gold - it depends on how much you have to shift (you can have a fab weight loss if you have loads to lose from the off-set)

In my first 4 weeks of slimming world I lost 22lbs. (naturally, every pound you lose, the next one is slightly harder) lol.

Serendlws - pm me your email addy or email me at polobint at aol dot com (I have a weight loss plan for a week) very strict - but highly recommended, I have used it a few times now and had amazing results. Surgeons give it to you to lose weight a week before an operation. 1st time I did it, that week I lost 11lbs, 2nd time I did it I only lost 6lbs (but I was sneaking "extras" in) lol

Some tips which I swear by are.....

Drinking ice cold water! As the body burns energy warming it up! (thermogenics) - apparently it takes 250 calories doing this each day..... if you did it every day for week you would defo lose a lb each week

Water with splashes of lemon juice in (I used jiffy lemon thingy or freshly squeezed) - lemon breaks up fat rapidly

    Dont skip meals!

My most effective weight losses were when I was eating 5-6 small meals a day (keeps the metabolism at a constant rate)

    NEVER starve yourself

sooooooooo many tipssssssssss.... not enough comping hours in the day lol

Yes, so do I. But as you do...I always walk into a music shop, start playing the instruments, grab the mic and sing a song. :rotfl:

I sooo wanted to go to that school! :rotfl:

Im 11 stone, but for my height would love to be back at 9.5.
Was always 8.3lb from leaving school for 10 years till i had my 1st daughter, and hopped on the dieting yo-yo (worse mistake)

So have about 1.5 stone to lose, so whats that????? errrrrrrrrr..... 22lb.
May set myself a goal to lose 11lb of it by Christmas day that should be do-able??????

Gonna start tomorrow, although did half - heartedly do 20 mins on stepper today..... but then had spag-bol and garlic bread for tea!!:o
