Flower I'm sorry to hear you are struggling. I get like that too sometimes. Don't beat yourself up over it.
A friend of mine is a nurse and a couple of years ago ago she was nursing an old lady. One day when she was about to end her shift the old lady asked what she was going to do for the rest of the day. She said she had loads of housework to do. The old lady lady said, "When you are old like me dear, you won't remember the days you spent doing housework. You will remember the days you didn't".

    Great quote :D

Flower- have you looked at how much it would cost for monthly subs for swimming as it may be cheaper although you would want to check and make sure that it wasn't a 12 month contact etc.

When DD goes to playschool every day I want to start going swimming again,. I love it, think it is so refreshing just wish I could swim further :D

    Morning all. :hello:

I have to agree that assignments are the best motivation to getting other things done ;):rotfl::rotfl: I'm only behind by one week on my computer course, but about 8 weeks behind with my NVQ work :o Guess what I'm going to be doing this weekend

    Plan for today :
    • School - take photos in.
    • Timesheet in
    • Get Ink from Argos (which I need today so this is the cheapest place to get it as I buy the twin packs ;) Just reserved them online as well :D )
    • Ironing (while catching up on my programmes ;) )
    • Declutter (as in hotspots) through the house. I can do hoovering etc on Sunday or Monday, unless it really needs it! ;)
    • Laundry (saving the white & pink washes until tomorrow when I'll strip DD's bed and have her clothes from today ;))
Right, I'm going to go finish getting ready, I need more make-up on than usual to make me look human. Catch you later

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

Valli - glass is now on top of cabinet... will polish it when I get back from having my facial and put everything back

    Another freecycle collection done

Flower - maybe you could alternate your swimming with a brisk early morning walk (fine to do at the crack of dawn if you've got company) and maybe train for something like the Moonwalk? I have monthly gym membership of £35 and it now seems even more of a bargain than before! If I USE it... it means that I can't spend money or eat while I'm in the gym/class/pool, and I've met some really nice people there as well.

    Off to be pampered :D
