Morning everyone. Just popping in before I rush off to work.

Thanks for all your positive support after my blow out about the kids last week. Things have settled . . . but they are on a VERY short leash! Quite a bit of studying and homework getting done!!

Instead of joining in on the lists atm, I'm going to try and get a few things done around me that def. need doing.

    Denises doable list:

    Post end of month accounts
File all 'stuff' on my computer desk
Put away ALL washing from the last week
Spend five minutes in each room tidying and putting away
Vacuum living areas, kitchen, entry way, laundry
Wash floors in kitchen, entry and laundry
Phone man to fix back door

That is it for now. Will try and read through your earlier posts if I have a quiet time at work ;) Seems I have quite a bit to catch up on.

    Hi all

Home from work and have just had my tea. Really now need to get motivated and get some bits done before going out to Tescos. Need 50 highlighters for the pupils tomorrow taking their GCSE English exam. I found 30 at work but as we have 80 taking the exam, more are needed.

Wow I'm surprised you supply these - our students are expected to bring everything they require. We will replace a pen if it runs out during the exam.

Back from swimming. Then had to take DS1 across town to get a lift for ref training - of course OH was supposed to be dealing with all this but is he here - what do you think.

Got back 2 fire engines in the stree 2 doors up - went up and neighbours had smoke coming out of their fuse box. Think they have gone now.

Need to sort out little one for bed now and then have my tea.

MOAM I'm glad you at least know where you stand with your DS and you are a great mum so I know you will get him all the support he needs

Lil_me - hope the investing goes well - I love it when they swim up from beavers to cubs and change sweatshirts under the table.

    Hello all

Am home and dinner eaten & washed up, thanks to DH who got on with it as I didn't get in til 7. Shattered as left the house at 7.30am and haven't had even a lunchbreak (tut tut) but I'm off to attack the kitchen according to my own list:

clear & wipe worktops & cupboard door fronts
soak baking trays in bio powder
    clean sink
    sweep & mop floor
    chuck gunk out of fridge

    also:
fold & put away clean washing
    make lunches for tomorrow
    prep tomorrow night's dinner

I have just got in from work had a quick meal so will catch up later. I have to go to Nottingham tomorrow so won't get much flying done. I have to see some professor as part of a medical negligence claim. The last appointment was in Liverpool. You would think the NHS could find a doctor closer to home wouldn't you!

((Hugs)) to Johanne, thinking of you.

My house is quite shiney and clean downstairs....we won't talk about upstairs just now!!! DH is out doing the weekly shop:D . I've spent the last couple of hours phoning all my clients to say I can now work as i'm not infectious. Luckily they all just took their old appointments back up :T .

By the way....i've not had diet coke for three weeks. Don't miss it all and my bowels are sooooo much better :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: . Hope no-one is eating their tea.

Johanne - hope you're ok, i've been thinking of you all day. Hugs xx
