I know - I was shocked! They phoned me on Saturday and asked me if my call had been resolved. I said no actually and told them in brief what had gone on and said that I wanted my money back. They said that someone would phone me within 48 hours to discuss. They have tried a few times to phone when I haven't been here (and left messages on the answerphone) and when they phoned today I was expecting to have to argue my case. But no, it was a quick phone call to say that they were indeed going to refund my money! Yippee!!!!:j :j :j :j
