You dont NEED to remove ~ but you may as well do (Just delete them as the other guy said)
i would also recommend SPYBOT as additional protection

I hate to say this, but as youve had no firewall running, its possible youve been reinfected!
Switch windows firewall on, and rerun Malwarebytes:idea:0
