Assuming its actual chillies you mean, I would wash and dry them before freezing them. Take them out individually as and when you need them slit down the middle and add to gin and tonic for a spicy kick. Once you've tried it, the's no going back! Chin-chin!

It does look good! Next time I get a spare couple of hours on a rainy weekend, I know what I'll be doing! A bit disappointed that I won't get a chance to use my sugar thermometer, though!
