Does anyone know roughly how much these are at full price please? (If they're offering £5 off or £8/£9 in a till spit I am reckoning they aren't cheap?)

Usually £9.99 but you can pick them up from about £4.99 depending on in store offers

But the T&Cs say you can't claim for your £5 if the price has been discounted.

I have received an e mail from Vanish which says they can't validate my claim because ' not all dates entered' Does anyone know what dates they are talking about.? The website will not let me view the application form again and there is no mention of dates in the T & C. My daughter had her claim paid no problem. maybe it is because I went for the big size that they are being awkward!!

I got my cheque back from Colgate for the Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste today - I can confirm that I cut out the logo section of the cardboard box and sent that back - so no promotional section needed.

I also got my L'Oreal cheque back aswell, after sending them the tube in response to their letter saying they needed the actual tube to give me the refund. I therefore squeezed all of the contents into a spare pot before sending it back, so I still have a pot of eye cream
