I can't believe L'Oreal are being so awkward!
The T&Cs were very clear about just sending in the cardboard bit.
I didn't apply for this one myself as I was on holiday at the time, but hope you guys can get it sorted. If it was me, I would keep pestering L'Oreal via email, and they can sort it out with their handling company. :cool:0 -
I sent off for the Plenty refund 2 months ago but had nothing back - anyone else had a problem at all?0

Bought this. Was just looking at the website to send it off and realised it expired 6/20090

Mine was sent about 2 months ago. No refund. When I called them, they gave me some bulli$h about barcodes and what not. Didn't get any further with them. Let me know what happens with you please. I don't understand why they do these things if they can't be bothered paying up!!!!0 -
Today I've received both my Plenty cheque (sent application off on 12th July) and my first Castello Blue Cheese cheque back that was only sent off a week ago.
Not quite sure why Castello ask for a plain envelope with your name and address on it when the cheque is sent back in one of their own envelopes.0 -

Got the PLENTY cheque today, at long last.
Got the L'OREAL VIBRTATOR PEN claim back saying they wanted the pen, so sent it back with a stroppy note. Not impressed at all with that.
Got an email from VANISH saying they can't accept it as they got my claim 1 day late. Errr. Boohoo!0 -

Someone has already posted the above on a previous page. They do the above item at BOOTS too, and all dental items are 3 4 2 at the moment. So if you are claiming for this, you could technically get an item free with the 3 4 2.0 -
1. Garnier HerbaShine - does it need to have a MBG sticker on the box or just any pack? the one I've bought doesn't have a sticker...
2. Vanish - got an email re my MGB refund asking me to send in the promotional label attached to the packaging. again mine doesn't have a MBG label. has anyone seen one with label?
