VANISH: They do have a label on them. Mine certainly did. It is on the top of the powder tubs or on the side of the sprays etc. They have told me they will not give me my money back cos they got my claim a day after the closing date! I always knew this one would be awkward! Wish I had not bothered. Now I have £13 worth of Vanish powder which in my opinion is pants!

COLGATE: I think it says in the blurb that you have to send part of the pack. I am just going to put the whole box in, but folded up. Hopefully they won't be awkward like L'Oreal or Vanish!

Garnier - I've just looked at the T&Cs and it doesn't say anything about a sticker. The T&Cs are here if you want to double-check yourself.

But the closing date is the end of August? And I've actually just checked the site and it says it closes 30 September, so looks like they've extended it.

Or did they mean they've received it later than 28 days after purchase? Either way, it's a lot of money to lose on a product you don't like.

Finally got the Plenty refund - took over 2 months and an email. Castello was refunded in a week!
Now awaiting what happens with the L'Oreal now I've sent the whole lot back to them. Also waiting for Vanish and Ariel - fingers crossed!

Can anyone tell me when the Vanish MBG offer finishes please and whether you need to print off a form from online? (The online form I found said july 2010 as an end date)

I'm not sure. The website says the closing date is end of Sept and you have to buy it before end of Aug. When you go to the actual form, it says apply before end Aug / buy before end of July - so who knows?

I keep meaning to email or call their CS but keep forgetting.
