I got my 2 refunds from Castello Cheese (using my Mum's address as well) very quickly, and both within 2 weeks. I do find it strange that they needed another envelope with my name and address, and they then used a company envelope.

I don't understand why companies ask for envelopes and never use them either! I suspect they just try to put people off applying TBH.

I have received my cheque for the Ariel stain remover - I bought the large pack for £8+. The cheque came very quickly as well.

Is the Finish £9.99 in Tesco's? There seems to be various products.

I've just checked. I bought one from Morrisons the other day for £4.99 and one from Tescos today for £9.99. They're exactly the same product! The Tesco receipt says Finh Kit Reg though.

The 12 wash trial size in Sainsburys today was £9.99. Hope I get the full refund OK because only says Dishwasher tablets" on the receipt.

I was looking at the Finish kits in Tesco last night and the SEL said £5! A few days ago they were £9.99. Not sure if this is store specific.
