I bought the Sharwoods, then read about the problems you guys had been having so checked the Ts and Cs on the lid. The promotion closed on 30.6.11 - which is probably why it won't work now. HTH.

Sorry, just been on the website and it says promotion extended to end of August, will give it a try and see how I get on!

can you tell if those were simple ordinary jars or with flash promotion? TIA

They are both definitely TMF products. The lids have the T&C on and the flash is there. :(

i too had problems with this, first didnt have promo bottle and put in code which was rejected, then put in promo code and said had already used it. i then used my daughters email address and it worked. used my sons email address at my mums house and it worked too. perhaps you need to use another family members different email or just create another one or use a different address. butter up your mum, brother and sister etc to enter the same code at all the addresses.
i too agree the sauce is not very pleasant but as i got 2 50p off coupons and 2 refunds in the same name at each house wasnt too sad.

Yea, I tried to use another email address with the other address - but somehow it still rejected it? :( I even entered my middle name too. Not sure what's going on!

Just worked for me - just put in the four numbers, and not the additional letter.

Perhaps email them if it's still not working for you.

Thanks for the suggestion - tried but going via that site means the "CAPTCHA" code thing doesn't show or play. Typical lol. :o
