I contacted Seven Seas several weeks ago asking for clarification on the T&C's of this TMF offer, as I know people here were confused. Have now received this written reply: (verbatim copy of email)

'From: keri.filtness@lambertshealthcare.co.uk
on behalf of: info@sseas.com '

'Hello

Thank you for your enquiry regarding Seven Seas Jointcare supplements and for your patience while we have been dealing with your query.

We can confirm that providing the product is taken for the full 90 days at the recommended dosage which is 2 capsules a day, and all other terms and conditions are met we will refund the full product amount consumed as per the till receipts.

Kind Regards

Consumer Advice Team
Seven Seas Ltd.'

Does anyone ever use a work address for their TMF/MBG claims? It would be obvious from the address that it was an organisation's address rather than a household, so just wondered if that would be a problem?

Lots of the promotions do specify one per household...so they may not honour the refund if it is obviously a business address...however I guess you wont know until you try...

Could someone tell me please, where the code is - on top of the lid or inside the lid and you'll see it after opening?:) And on the site it says "alphanumeric code" so there are letters and numbers mixed?
Thank you.

hia, the codes are only the bottles that have a flash on the front that says if you dont like you get it free. i tried to claim using the code off a normal bottle and it just kept rejecting it. i think the lids are different too. so look out for the offer ones only on certain types of the sauce. i found mine in asda. just looked in the cupboard and i must have used it. good luck

Looks like we need to be careful with the foot spray as the T&C says:
Any qualifying refund will be on purchase price only, to a maximum of £9.95 inc. VAT; postage cost is not covered over and above this refund price.
hia, i was confused about this as i have been sent a handwritten cheque for £10.20. the price paid in boots. thats why i tried again at my friends house.

Has anyone claimed (and received) refund for huggies? Are you allowed to buy a big pack, I wonder. Got a poster from Morrisons about this refund,it says "Purchase any Huggies Convenience or Economy pack" E.g., if I want to buy newborn, they come in packs of 27 and 54, I think. Will they refund for the bigger packor only 27 pack.
