I had no problems claiming for both :)

I had my claim rejected for Herbal Essence saying I'd already applied - which I hadn't. They had mixed up the Pantene refund. I wrote and pointed this out to them and have now had a refund for Herbal Essence (no apology for their mistake though!) :-(

I'm just putting together my pot and receipt to send off for the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse TMF - although I'm a bit worried as I bought 2 other maybelline products and just realised the mousse was free as part of the 3-for-2 offer _pale_
    The T&C say:
" Maybelline will refund the actual purchase price paid for the pack of Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse, as evidenced by the receipt provided, by cheque."
    Fingers crossed :(

Scary MBG - I have just spent £133 on Prevage Anti-Aging Serum. They say you will get your money back after 28 days if you are not happy but it is a HUGE risk to take. I will report back in a month!

quite a successful week, got the oral b pro expert toothpaste at tesco, chicago town pizza at asda and nipped to boots to get another actifresh foot spray to use at my friends address. actually the foot spray is quite expensive. £10.20 but you use it once a day for a week and then just once a week. my husbands feet have actually improved but i want my money back so i cant tell them that.
shopping boring again but scouring shelves for more try me frees.
got my quantum dishwasher tablet cheque back for 60 tablets so that was worth having.

Whilst attempting to hunt down the TMF foot spray - I came across some odor-destroying insoles (think they were by odor-eaters) with some kind of guarantee - if they don't keep your shoes odor free for 3/4 months (I think) you could return them for a full refund.

I have found the following photo on the Boots website, and the little guarantee logo looks like it's there in the bottom left hand corner.....

I was in a bit of a hurry so couldn't take down any more details at the time. If someone spots them then do shout! :)

Looks like we need to be careful with the foot spray as the T&C says:
Any qualifying refund will be on purchase price only, to a maximum of £9.95 inc. VAT; postage cost is not covered over and above this refund price.

Does anyone ever use a work address for their TMF/MBG claims? It would be obvious from the address that it was an organisation's address rather than a household, so just wondered if that would be a problem?
