You have to send back half of the tub, though.
    "Terms & Conditions
What’s the catch? There isn’t one – if you are unhappy with anything about our Simply products and assuming you haven’t used more than half the tub, send us what’s left in the tub with proof of purchase (a till receipt) and we’ll refund you every penny of the price you paid for it. Just call our Customer Services line on 0800 107 3454 , 0800 107 3454 and we’ll advise you on the next steps. Obviously this offer is limited to one return per product per household."
I wonder if they reimburse the postage.
If you feel my post has been useful, " merci" would not go amiss.

Just a quick update - the Prevage serum (which cost £133!) was returned yesterday. Earlier than the 28 days as it was too rich for my skin. Refund given with absolutely no problems at all.

    Amazing news, thanks for posting!
Is there a website with details? I can only find out saying that if you are unsatisfied with anything then they'll refund upon return, but doesn't look like any promotional TMF offer.

So for the price of a stamp it should be free. lol :money:
Only one per household and valid until 31/12/11.

    CLAIM HERE

Obviously you need to get it at 75% off to be free/in profit.

Grrrrr, managed to get some Purina One cat food today on the TMF - you have to not notice a difference after 28 days to get a refund, but the closing date for claims is only 2 weeks away. Damn!!!! :(

Just putting together my application for the Yellowtail wine TMF. Be very careful, as the main page says that all applications need to be received within 15 days of purchase, with a 15 word statement (http://www.yellowtailwine.com/your-events/#special-offers).
However the full terms and conditions which you can open in a new window says that it can be received within 30 days, but needs a minimum 20 word statement AND an SAE (http://yellowtailwine.uk.casella.amnesia.com.au/tandc.htm).
    Confusing much?

reply to crazy angel re yellow tail wine. in the terms and conditions, number 3 it states send claims 'IN' a stamped addressed envelope not with. i must admit i had to read it twice before it sank in. must be all that australian wine i have drunk! thanks for pointing out must be posted within 15 days or 30 days. to be on the safe side i have put a 20 word statement and posted within 15 days to make sure.
has anyone tried to claim the simply liquitabs washing powder. i did purchase one yesterday in tesco reduced to £1.52 but due to the weight of them dont know if it will be worth claiming for if they dont refund postage.
