I can't see any link to T&Cs other than what's in the 1st post, I'm afraid, and the link doesn't really give you much information. It appears that they are going to refund any pack, but who knows?

It is weird the way the terms and conditions are worded. It says if if you lost the neck collar to call them, but I can't find anything saying that you must mail the collar to them.

Hi, has anyone tried the following TMF/MBG? Do they need to be special promotion packs e.g. with a TMF/MBG sticker etc? Thanks very much.

It does say it on the collar that you need to send it back to them.

I have tried:-
Arm & Hammer Enamel Care Sensitive Toothpaste - Send pack back
Herbal Essences Smooth and Soft Shampoo or Conditioner - Nothing (apart from till reciept).
Youngs frozen Wild Pink Salmon fillets / Cod fillets - Barcode

Did not need a special pack, but some needed the pack or barcode.
