pollyann164 wrote: »Has anyone sent in a claim for the 'take the quantum challenge' yet? I have been looking at the terms and conditions and it states maximum refund for second class postage for a 20 pack as £1.95, do you think they are wanting some of the pack back? I can't see anywhere on the terms and conditions about having to return any of them, but a £1.95 postage refund seems high!
Hope someone can help.
I was thinking the same, and asked this question a few weeks ago, as the terms never state that they wanted to remainder back, but allow postage to cover sending it back.0 -

It says nothing in the T&C about sending it back, so maybe we should just all take a screen print/save a copy of the T&C in case they say anything.
I've re-checked the T&C and it says the following:Each valid claim will receive a cheque to the value of the Finish Quantum product as stated on the receipt up to a maximum of that Finish Quantum product's Recommended Retail Price, as determined by the Promoter, plus the cost of second class postage. The maximum refund for second class postage costs for UK applications is £0.36 and for Republic of Ireland applications is €0.55

Maybe they realised their mistake?
Mr T has kindly sent me a voucher for £2 off Quantum in my CC mailing, so it would be rude not to go for this one.:D0 -
Seven Seas Jointcare MBG - couple of points to ensure you don't disqualify yourself from this excellent TMF:
1. Application for refund has to be made between 3 and 4 calendar months of the date of purchase as shown on the receipt(s).
You have to take the tablets for 90 consecutive days - but they are only sold in packs of 30 and 60 tablets. This means you have to buy more than 1 pack.
In effect, this means you must buy all 90 tablets either at the start, or within 1 calender month of the start of the 90 day trial period, so as not to fall foul of the strict application for refund rules.
And as Martin would say, diarise it!
2. You have to take one product for 90 days.
Seven Seas have recently had a packaging/product range makeover, and I have found both old and new packaging for the 'same' product on the shelf together at the same price.
For example, their website says that 'Jointcare Complete' has now changed to 'ProComplete'.
I do not know if Seven Seas would accept a mixture of the old and new packaging of the 'same' product for this MBG claim, but it may be best not to risk it.
I found mine at Wilkinsons, price £10 for 30 tablets of ProComplete.0 -

I'm finding this promotion really confusing. T&Cs say you can only claim for one product, and you have to take it for 90 days, but if there is no pack of 90, then how are you supposed to do this?
But it also says receipt(s) - very confusing!
Oooh, don't forget all supplements and vitamins are on 3 4 2 at Boots, so you could maybe get 2 x 60 packs and something else for free??? Also, the pink Boots machine normally gives out a voucher for 200 extra points when you spend £15 or more on supplements or vitamins in 1 transaction.0 -

Hi
I have just noticed a moneyback offer on Kerry Gold Lighter Unsalted butter (250g).
Requires a barcode, till receipt and 15 word statement why you don't like it to receive a cheque
to the max £1.94 ( I think) inc postage
