after doing a quick search on the thread, is it the general consensus that Plenty are not worth bothering with (lots of people complaining of having to follow up their claims..?) Has anybody had a problem free claim with them?

I got my cheque within two weeks, they did forget to add 32p postage, but when i telled them that, they sent a 50p coin (they said it would be a cheque) within 2 weeks.

I had my cheque from them very quickly with no prompting. It was a surprise after reading other peoples experiences!

MBG for "Scholl Orthaheel" products - found in Boots. Look like insoles for shoes, come in a few varieties and are currently "Buy one get one half price" - costing around £23.



Top part of box - the bit that hangs onto the hanger thing has a round red logo on the left saying "30 day money back guarantee". Also says this on bottom right of box.
