Hoping someone can help with the aquasource promotion. I bought this online from Boots and am just about to complete my letter, want to make sure I get it right!

T&Cs state that the receipt needs to include the date, but the receipt I received (bought online) doesn't have a date. Do you think the email confirmation will do?

My claim was sent back last week saying the date had been "cut off the receipt". I sent it back with the email confirmation and wrote a note saying there was no date on the delivery receipt. Not heard back yet so not sure what's going to happen.

bought my aqua source online from boots and my delivery note did not have a date on it. i just wrote the date on it with my phone number in case of any queries and after 2 weeks got my £33.70 cheque. was very pleased as the cream is not bad but it was a lot to risk on a try me free. went shopping yesterday and got the kerrygold in asda, the flora cuisine in asda and the veet cream in tesco. all in all a good day!

I had sent back the wrong think with the aquasource and got the letter stating they needed a receipt with a date on it. I returned a print off of the Boots webpage showing my order (with the date on it) and promptly got my cheque. However, I think you may have missed the date for this one as the promotion finished on the 23 May.

I think you will find that biosource does not expire till 4 July ( see first page ). You scared me for a minute there. Thought I had lost £33!. Easy to lose track of all the dates though.

2 Quick Questions :- Does anyone know how long it took them to get the moneyback from sharwoods - applied 4 and half weeks ago, yet nothing back!

Does anyone know where you can find the go-cat terms - I don't want to buy a 10kg bag and find out that the promotion is only on a 375g pack!!

Also, on the herbal essences shampoo and condtioner promo, you can only claim for one product - not like the pantene offer (oh well!)
