Crazyangel wrote: »Can I just clarify with the Seven Seas TMF - can you claim for multiple packs to make up the 90 tablets? Or for just one of the packs you buy?
I was thinking that I will submit the receipt for the one pack of 60 I purchased, and say that I bought another pack but haven't sent the receipt as I believe the refund is only for one 'item'. I interpreted it as them saying they can only claim for ONE of the products, would be one BOX rather than one RANGE. But if they refund for the entire 90/180 tablets, I will go get another few boxes!
I hope that makes sense?
Anyone got any thoughts or answers for this?
Thank you!

Although on the terms and condits they show bottles of Herbal Essence 'Smooth and Soft', has anyone noticed that they actually ask for till receipts showing purchase of H E 'Smooth and Sleek'? Presumably there is not a 'Smooth and Sleek' variety? Also I see that it comes in 2 sizes. Has anyone successfully claimed for the larger one?0

Do you mean the Pantene Smooth & Sleek?
I've had the money back for the large HE Smooth & Soft bottle; I think you can have any size.0 -
I searched and couldn't find this anywhere here:
Ariel stain remover, brilliant on tough stains guaranteed in 1 wash or your money back. Purchase required, closing date 31.10.11, t's and c's apply, for further details visit www .ariel.co.uk
I couldn't find any further details at ariel though, so either it's really old news or it's on it's way in, hope it's not the former!0 -

The discrepancy is between when you click the 'details here' on the first page of this thread, and it shows a picture of 'smooth and soft' but in the directions on how to claim, it says to send receipt showing purchase of 'smooth and sleek'!? I've bought a large bottle, was your's 400ml? Has anyone else done same?
How strange that they get the name of their own product wrong! Yes, it was a 400ml bottle that I have recieved a refund for.0 -
