Penny, sorry to hear about your chickens. What a rotten thing to happen. Hope you managed to get some enjoyment of your birthday meal, but somehow I doubt it.
Well we dished out about 40 lots of Halloween treats to mostly nice, polite witches, ghouls and ghosties:D Then we went out for dinner:DDH told me just as I was about to start prepping the dinner, he'd booked a table at our local Italian restaurant, so we'd be out when the older kids started knocking:j :j That was a real treat, all the more so since I wasn't expecting it. We got back just a bit ago, and all seems quiet, so I guess that's it for another year;)
Enjoy what's left of the evening, CM xxYou never get a second chance to make a first impression.0 -
Pen, sorry to hear about your chickens. I don't understand why dogs are allowed to stray - whatever happened to responsible pet ownership. Sorry, that doesn't help you much. I hope your two injured girls recover asap.
Dylan performed again today, woohoo! He is due to visit the vet tomorrow to get the stitches from his operation out. He'll be so glad to get rid of that silly lampshade collar, he really does look like a right twit.0 -
I've been noticing for many months how the word 'redundant' has been cropping up more and more often. Worrying times ....... but OS is a welcoming and supportive place :T and there's so much good information here... don't throw the string away. You always need string!
