    How are you maxdp;)

Glad you came on here maxdp... i thought you had one going back further than 6 years. Pinknico has been offered redress of the past 6 years (similar to what they do on bank charges) but I would have thought that this was a credit agreement with a PPI box on so the same as a loan type thing. Your input is great here maxdp cause I want to know too.

This one although I say I am claiming it back it is one of the many I am doing for others so cannot be sure of specifics here

The person whos card it is cannot remember asking for the PPI, in fact has never claimed on it even though they have been in hospital etc. It must have been on the application form which was filled out in 1991. All charges have already been claimed back:D for six years. The PPI on the CC was cancelled 12 months ago.:o

Mine went before an adjudicator in first week of July and still not got this SAME complaint sorted. I have to now wait til Feb for a final response from Lloyds and then wait in the queue again. I have emailed about this and am waiting for their response to it. I don't think I should have to queue from now and I think as this was for the same reason as I sent in in April/May then that should be the date of submission. They should have guided my complaint to the correct firm then...

Do you see pinknicos point though. Its not the same as bank charges are they fall under the UTCCR and this is not the same.

No It still has not gone to an adjudicator. I also have PPI on Barclaycard and MBNA PPI they have all been there for a year. Although the MBNA is going to be assigned an adjudicator soon, well I have had two letters now telling me that.

I cannot go for fast track so have to sit and wait my turn:confused:

    Hi Neptune

I do know there are many trying to reclaim on both of these, applied for on the internet, have you had the chance to check out the success & failure thread next to this one ? ;)

    Hi Di,

I haven't found anything on the success & failure section about online applications. I have had second letter back from egg saying they refuse to pay back my PPI because I clicked on the box for the insurance on the internet application. I really can't remember doing that! They said if I hadn't it would of siad NONE. This was back in 2004. Does anyone know if egg had pre ticked box's for the PPI?
