    Hi Pinknico

I have a lloyds credit card PPI with FOS at the moment which was added in 1991:eek:

Pinknico, and Maxdp I hope you both get more luck than me here with these.;)

Mine then Lloyds credit card ppi is now being moved on to the ombudsman Lloyds did not agree to uphold my complaint, so the adjudicator done all he could as he stated in his opinion it should be upheld, so with a bit of luck the ombudsman will see it this way as well - fingers crossed and for you hunni. ;) X
Its good to know though the FOS will look at these complaints going back further in years X

    OOOOOHHHHH Di,

    The ppi minx;)

I used to complain I never seen much of him, that was when he was a steel worker as he practically lived at work....... but now he's home, I need my time, as its been a few months now, I just hope something comes up soon for him, right now we are just getting in each other's way, yet he finds time for his hobbies......sea fishing for one....I don't begrudge him for this, but it would be nice if it worked both ways then......:D

    How are you maxdp;)

Glad you came on here maxdp... i thought you had one going back further than 6 years. Pinknico has been offered redress of the past 6 years (similar to what they do on bank charges) but I would have thought that this was a credit agreement with a PPI box on so the same as a loan type thing. Your input is great here maxdp cause I want to know too.

On one of the loan forums, someone had posted about problems with copying signatures, will have to try to find it, it will take me forever though, but that member had suggested this to what I can remember......

    Hi Boo

I have been warning on here but what I suggested was not to use your usual signature so you will know if it is copied. Poster further up gave good advice sign your name then put XXXX over the top of it so it cannot be copied.
