It was someone else who dealt with my case. They say in their letter that as the policy was provided on a "non-advice basis, no assessment of your circumstances or existing cover was appropriate. I thought that under FSA rules they should make sure that the product was suitable for the customer's circumstances?
When you complete your FOS forms, make sure that you present your case as strongly as possible, if you ring up for them they will partially fill them in for you & then email them.0 -
