  • Who dealt with your complaint, was it the caseworker who was assigned to your case? I was assigned one but another dealt with my case & was useless.
    It was someone else who dealt with my case. They say in their letter that as the policy was provided on a "non-advice basis, no assessment of your circumstances or existing cover was appropriate. Full details of this policy were covered to enable you to make an informed decision for yourself whether or not it was right for you.

    Any advice you guys could give me would be appreciated

    I thought that under FSA rules they should make sure that the product was suitable for the customer's circumstances?

    When you complete your FOS forms, make sure that you present your case as strongly as possible, if you ring up for them they will partially fill them in for you & then email them.

    I signed the agreement in may 2003

    I was going to copy this letter and send it to the ombudsman.
