Calling MBNA:mad::wave:0

Well thought I would save some work with letters and called them, she had the details, but said she could not see anything on her system for 2004, advised her ppi was taken and refunded twice she asked what date it was, told her and she said I can't see that, (so why did she ask me the date :mad: )arggggghhhhh
Will write, instead of saving work I actually caused more, silly me should have known.
It worked with EGG but not MBNA.:wave:0 -
I have just emailed the FOS consultant/and the casework section on hubby's behalf as well about his 2 with lloyds.
Told them the last time he heard was in September where he was told they would contact him very soon regarding fast tracking, but nothing was ever heard from them afterwards, despite emailing them several times, also on the casework section........
Just made them aware again that he is not working, claiming JSA, and the mortgage is only partly covered, and still on the depression meds, and living on an overdraft, which will soon end, we know there are lots worse off than us, but we do not understand if this is the case how mine was moved in quite quick really considering he was only a few weeks behind sending his complaints in......
I know they are very busy and the busiest ever, but sometimes you have to give them a bit of a nudge as well.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Thanks hun
I really do not know, to be honest mine was dealt with rather quickly on the Credit card ppi, it was moved on to the adjudicator within a few weeks they received my complaint, my hubby sent his in a few weeks after and requested for it ever since, they just seem to be saying
"we will contact you regarding this" but not heard a thing......
Mind you, even though mine was dealt with rather quickly, I am not even sure if it were fast tracked, this was not confirmed to me when asked, but because this is now to be moved on to the ombudsman for him to investigate as Lloyds did not agree to uphold this, the adjudicator did actually tell me he would push it on to get it looked into for fast tracking, that was at the beginning of Dec 08, I've heard nothing on it ever since.
I am more concerned about my hubby's really, because he have not had an update since Sept 2008, not at all.......The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
