Hi everyone
I see Di and Marshallka didn't get confused with the "Dreamers" today lol.
Just an update EGG sent me a letter saying they were in the process of retrieving the telephone calls and would send them asap.
I called them twice and told them the second time that I had reported them to the ICO as they have failed to send ALL INFO.
I actually helped the guy put it into an email. Got the letter 2 days later.0 -
Thanks for replies marshall what i meant was how long each customer waited not the statory 8 weeks.I know they have that time but time is money and so on plus we are being taken to small claims by MIL from hell0

how long are most people waiting with HSBC ? from the other forum most say 1 letter wish they would give a timescale
