    Hi hun

Write to them to complain about this and complain, as you have been let down with this, check this out here
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

There is some useful info and a letter template to help you with your letter, add as much info as possible, such as what you have told us and if any of it occurs to you on the link added.

They have 8 weeks to respond in full, let us know what they say hun and we can move on from there if required, good luck and post by recorded delivery.;)

    Hiya guys!

right i have just had a letter of firstplus about me cancelling my PPI with them. they have offered me £615.17 which would be credited to my loan!!
and my payments will go from £257.12 to £251.17 a month however i pay £40.05 so how can they work that out? I also dont want it on my loan
I have had my loan since dec 06 so they owe me more than that anyways dont they? is this normal for them to offer you so much when you cancel it?

I have just emailed the Adjudicator who was dealing with my Lloyds complaint, as it was early December was when I heard from them last, by letter to say it was being moved on and by fast track, not heard anything, so I thought I would ask.....just in case......

What they have offered is a pro rata rebate but this is only against the insurance and not against the insurance, interest etc....

I would tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine and get on with your complaint;)

    Hiya Showergirl again...;)
    Hi Marshallka,

Don't know what's the matter with me today one minute I'm up the next I'm down. Trying to keep busy to keep my mind off things, was even talking to myself at one stage telling myself not to feel so down as there are people worse off than me. Then I got angry when the post came and there was no letter from Tesco PF. So went to shops and saw that a new James Patterson book was out so I bought it to cheer myself up. Can't wait till bed time. My partner sometimes thinks I love James more than him:rotfl: . I'm just so pleased you lot are there to talk to and I just love to read posts with good news in them it really is a boost.

    Anyway how's your day been

    Hi everyone

I see Di and Marshallka didn't get confused with the "Dreamers" today lol.

Just an update EGG sent me a letter saying they were in the process of retrieving the telephone calls and would send them asap.

I called them twice and told them the second time that I had reported them to the ICO as they have failed to send ALL INFO.

I actually helped the guy put it into an email. Got the letter 2 days later.
No Dreamer, I noticed this one..;)
