    I wouldn't say your being impatient hun, this case has not been the easiest of them for you with all the messing about you've had, you just obviously want it done with, I can understand that.;)

    I just want to get on with life. Its like a black cloud and I honestly think its going to be for nothing here.

    Think it is that time of year. People are tied up on other things. Especially in this climate. We just need a few more PPI headlines and people will start to claim again I think. I am surprised at the number of people who have never heard of this PPI sham. It is surprising really.:confused:

    I was put through to customer services today and waited for 15 mins on hold and then it cut off at 5 as they all went home. :eek:

    I will call them again on monday and tell them I am making an official complaint.

    I swear insurance will be the death of me (and I am not insured...Lol)

    I have just replied on CAG to the good news. I know the time he has had and also the health probs too. He has been fast tracked for that reason...;) . I just hope they sort it out for him:D
