    Hiya Chums!

Hope you all had a good christmas day, ours was our first one without my mum,it as abit wierd but we all got through it ok.
A little update on my situ, still waiting on banks charges decision, Dad helped us out with council tax in the meantime. Way back in the year after my mum died we knew christmas would be strange without her but decided to do something different for new year, thinking perhaps us and dad would go out for dinner or something, instead as a suprise he'd conspired with my best friend who lives in spain and bought us all tickets to spend new year with her,:j as we've all had such a rough year he thought it would be a nice start to the new year. I'll check in with you guys as and when l can as dad's taking his laptop.

So Happy New Year to you all, thanks for all you help and support especially over the last few very difficult weeks,:T l hope 2009 brings us all good fortune in one way or another.:A
    Lots of Love XXX

Hope you've all had a good time over the xmas period.:D

Its a tiring time though isn't it ?

I've had to get hubby to hide all the choccies, I'm eating too many of them, and could not get my new jeans on - on xmas day, they are the hipster stretchy ones as well :o , time to move up a size, or put the jeans by to do some exercises I think :o:D .

I have been more pork pies etc this Christmas and did a big buffet yesterday as the men went the footie...

Loads left for today and still half a turkey too. Last year we decided to have beef instead as I hate seeing the carcass of the turkey stuck in fridge for days after. We only had a crown though and I suppose I will do some chips later (or go the chippie!!!) with it.

Not been anywhere at all yet and not going anywhere for new year too...:o .

In fact only ever been somewhere once for new year and that was a disaster night with one thing or another. I just don't like this time of the year but thats just me... Roll on the spring summer me says... Call me a kill joy but when I say I hate the winter I mean I hate the winter.

We have turkey left as well and put it in a curry to use it all up :p , so its more turkey curry for tea lol :D .
I used to be a lover for pork pies, as soon as they were bought they were gone, but now its either the choccies or pickled onions :o :rotfl: lol.

Yesterday my oldest son went out with the boys to watch the 2 matches, Manu then Arsenal, it was shown down at the local, the in-laws called up for a few hours today, I served out the "Snow ball and babycham", I behaved and drank tea lol :o:D .

Marshallka I hate Winter too, and roll on for the Summer.:A x

The Manu match was where my two were but not supporting Manu. They were playing stoke and we are stokie supporters...;)

I need to get on the treadmill too after too many puddings after every meal...my stomach actually wobbles now...lol

I have gone from walking for over 1.5 hour brisk every day to nothing and its showing and I am feeling it. I can't motivate myself for anything. I feel like poop...
