  • If your insurance premium was added to your loan at the begining does this improve your chances of getting a refund?

How does the FOS view this method of charging PPI?

    Hi Pinknico hunni;) :A .

oh I am so sorry to hear that you lost your dad so young sweetie....., and yes I know what you mean, I never met my mum's real dad, when mum was 8 years old she had TB and spend the full 4 years of that in hospital as they kept you in for a long time those days and when she came home at 12 years old, she learnt she lost her father a few days before, he was a coal miner and died of 100% coal dust/lung disease - what they call emphysema then, and many years after her mum (my gran had married again and I always known him as my real gramp) although he is no longer with us anymore either, but yes I see your point here sweetheart.:A Much love to you as well hunni. x

I think times like this always come back to us at this time of the year when we remember lost ones and so wish they were here with us.;)

Its good to talk about it though.;) :A xxx

(sorry for anyone reading some of these post with them not being PPI related - :o , and I know your all such an understanding lovely lot.:A ;) xxx

I was that age when my dad "started" to die if you know what I mean. He had cancer first time then and died when i was 19.. It was a horrible time and I just wish he had been around to see his grandkids. I don't really get along that well with the rest of my family now but we speak.... thats when Christmas can really hurt some people. I am grateful for my kids....:A

FOS takes a dim view of single premiums as they are so expensive for us.

Has credit druncher not been on again?? I said to my husband today that maybe he/she was a little bitter just like we are but we could all help each other through this "bitterness". I hate being horrible to anyone and each and every one of us has problems and of a very different nature so maybe a little more understanding from myself is in order. If you do come around again credit cruncher then lets just make a fresh start and if you can help any of us then we would be very grateful of it. Just don't knock us for doing as we do. We all have our reasons and we are not just money grabbing either. We feel abused just like you do.:D
  • After having three very heated sessions on the phone with my caseworker at Tesco PF both she & her manager admitted that the policy booklet & loan agreement were not in plain english, but would not budge with my PPI claim stating that a full & final response had been issued & that my only option was to go to the FOS.

She had made several mistakes in her letter but would not change her response.
It is the RBS who are dealing with claims not Tesco as I was lead to believe. No wonder we are getting nowhere.
