After all I could set a precedent...more work for the FOS and better for all them that have lost jobs in the PPI selling market as they know the ropes but could work for the other side now...
yeah thats me, i said i could help, i know all the ways that it was pushed on people, all the errors companies made and retrospectively changed their compliance procedures, sales that are deemed un-enforcable due to certain criteria not disclosed.
Trust me i have seen it all, and come out the other side better. Just let me assist and please leave the personal differences at the gate.0 -

Simple questions yes, constant berating no.
Any way i am not moving on, just going to help where i can, without tredding on too many toes.
I dont want to make this forum a bad place for people to visit, quite the opposite as i am currently in the situation where lots of people are and i TRULY understand the hardship redundancy brings.
So i am leaving it there with Marshalka, if she and her entoruage feels the need to question all my contributoins they will be unretaliated.
Night all.
You are welcome:D:mad:0 -
Sorry to disappear earlier folks, my mum rang and was concerned about my dad's breathing as he's oxygen dependent/concentrator etc, so had to go and check him out, and all is okay now, he also has a health worker who comes out to check him as well, unfortunately he is not a well man, and haven't been so since his early 40's he was diagnosed with dementia as well when he was 60 alongside with other health problems at that earlier age.....
, but I do feel happier knowing he is more at ease now.;)
Will catch up with posts over the weekend, also thanks for the lovely comment AC and Maxdp.;) :A x
Marshallka, hope you left some choccies for us lot lol.......:px

Just wanted to say, you're not really leaving it there though are you because you still had to say "if she and her entourage" which is bound to get people's backs up.
I do also think that people have managed quite well here without you so if it's upsetting you, what's the point?0 -

Hi Nova
Glad you got some of the money back, good for you. Why have they only paid back some of the charges.

Hi Max,
They just said we can have that for now until the test case is resolved, it's a gesture l suppose and l dont want to sound ungrateful but it has'nt really done us any favours apart from the fact we will be able to get our tax credit money out as they were keeping it to reduce the od, so basically our already small budget was even smaller. l will ring on monday and see if they'll give a bit more, the letter does say if we're not happy they'll send it to another dept! but a call may swing it.0 -

Well I hope they pay you out some more. Am glad that they are helping people who are suffering financial hardship. Let us know how you get on on monday.:D:mad:0 -
