I am also a softie but there is a line somewhere and I also don't like hurting peoples feelings but I got mine hurt first and all I did was bit back... I am not the complete opposite of you and hope that not what you are saying here... . If I had not have said anything then this thread would not have been a nice place for anyone to be and if I had been here for the first time I would have turned around and ran off myself when I saw the comments coming from credit cruncher.
lol see I what I mean:D , I'm not good with actually explaining or putting into full words, and not saying your the opposite to me hun....... , I was just saying about what I am like personally lol....:D and I do so wish I could be more like you and speak up, glad you do though and I do need to toughen up when it comes to sticking up for what you believe in.;)
Yeap I totally agree with you, I have had the chance to go back and read the posts, although I did not get chance to before properly before this due to getting on with stuff here with my son etc.
Yes if I were new to this thread I probably would have done the same as well, your right.:AThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

You see this is where I get confused (don't take much does it?) would a SAR hold details of the conversation on the phone when I asked for the top up loan? It's just if I going to ask for ppi back stating I already had some kind of life insurance and covered by work sick payments etc, I wasn't really aware of what I was signing for (who did?
) then that would hold details mentioning ppi being added (I don't think it was but then the phone call was back in 2006) so if I made a claim then they would come back and say 'you've been paying it for over 2 years and you just realise now'????
I have had a look at old documents I hold and the ticks were made by a computer, it also states that I was advised to take out ppi and I agreed to it. I don't dispute this, I think I want to dispute that I didn't understand what it was and if I was already covered then I certainly wouldn't have willingly paid over £1500 for something.
As for Capital One I only remember ticking what design I wanted on my card!So would a CCA request show this?
I am also on a DMP and don't want to dispute any debt, I know what I spent (I did have fun) so starting this would it put my payment methods in jeopardy?
By the way this thread feels like that Darius fella has been on - Can you feel the love in this room? :rotfl:DMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -
Thanks Di, my spelling is very very bad:eek:
lol, no hun your doing just fine and at least we still knew what you were on about lol......:T.
I have not checked this out, but isn't there a spellchecker on this thread I wonder?, I know some do have them, it would be handy wouldn't it ?:D
I get times when I just can't think of the easiest of words lol, think I had better wise up now that I'm helping my son, poor lad :rotfl:lol.
