hmmmm yes i do but obviously they cannot. They do not challenge anything they are mediators.
So lets hope their mediating is going to help me here... :D.

After all I could set a precedent...more work for the FOS and better for all them that have lost jobs in the PPI selling market as they know the ropes but could work for the other side now...

lol, that's the word what Pinknico said diplomatic :T :D ,I do not like to hurt anyone's feelings then sort of thing, and thought maybe for CC to give a chance to help out as it was early days then.;)

I can be too soft like I said the other day, I also can never find the right words like you lol, and even though I stand by this forum and by you all the way hun and everyone else here;).

That is me, I do give that chance even though it was early days then, yet I did not get round to reading all posts.:o
Di, anyone can have chance and anyone can post but his/her first post was that he/she had lost their job cause of all the people that signed agreements and then decided not to pay them back and was slating PPI reclaimers...

I am also a softie but there is a line somewhere and I also don't like hurting peoples feelings but I got mine hurt first and all I did was bit back... I am not the complete opposite of you and hope that not what you are saying here... . If I had not have said anything then this thread would not have been a nice place for anyone to be and if I had been here for the first time I would have turned around and ran off myself when I saw the comments coming from credit cruncher.

I suppose for the cost of £1.08 it's worth a try, should I request a SAR from both Lloyds and Capital One then? I am asking as this would have details of every converstaion and agreement wouldn't it?

I don't hold out much hope for the fact it was 2006 when I took out the top up loan, I also received a payment of £100+ rebate for the old ppi on the old loan. Can you believe I thought this was a great gesture? :rotfl:

Capital One has been since 2005
You could request a SAR from both but it would cost £10 each for them. This could give you some idea although the ones inside the bank were probably verbal face to face so can;t see how it would help you but its entirely up to you here...;)

I bet your gob has got you into trouble then just like mine does but I can live with it too...I see it as a quality in someone and would think your business partner sees it that way too or he/she would not be in business with you as he/she needs to trust you. I trust someone who has a strong personality more than someone that is willy nilly as I always think people like that are the ones who would say anything for someone to like them and sometimes that is more important than helping the other person out. Do you see what i mean here. Perhaps I am talking jibberish....

No Marshallka I do understand what you are saying. I am what I am. I do open my big mouth at times but it goes through my heart first. Over my many years I have learnt to have a little thing before I say something. I say what I mean and I know I can be shocking sometimes. But it is meant to be in the best possible taste:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: And not to hurt anybody. Though sometimes I want to and you would tell the difference when I am upset:eek::eek::eek::eek:/ But I have my say I can listen and consider. May not take on other peoples opinions, but I appreciate to hear lots of peoples opinions and appreciate that is their opinion. BUT MY OPINION IS MINE. PMT AND ALL:T:T:T:T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Di there is no I in team. It takes lots of different people and personalities to make a team. :D
Maxdp, it was not just me credit cruncher upset with comments... it was lots on here. I would love someone with "know" to come along again like singlep or troness but not someone coming along to make us feel guilty about reclaiming and them losing their jobs and not understanding that its not our fault. He said he wanted to find the real PPI relcaimers from the fakes so to speak and who are we to judge that one. Its up to the courts and the FOS i thought and if someone says they have been missold then we cannot tell them they are lying etc...

Dont really know what it means but heard it lots on here...

If the FOS can deal with these types of complaints about unfair rebates and they are unfair terms then should they be able to deal with the rest and stick up for us if we say that deems the whole loan unfair and either agree or disagree...
