If you look at my posts a lot of them do state fact for people to use. Just a little tiresome having someone question every time i post
Not me being offensive just stating facts that certain member does not agree with. Dont make this a secular board.
It is not just one certain member, quite a few of us don't agree with your facts/point of view.
Marshallka has helped many hundreds of us with advice/support, we are not scroungers, just ordinary people trying to claim what is rightly ours, and help other people avoid falling into the same trap.0 -

I know you are annoyed at losing your job but we are annoyed at losing money to greedy banks. The staff of these banks are sometimes to blame too and were aware of what they were doing in pushing these sales of PPI onto customers at a time when they were desperate and already in debt. This is the reason why people are fighting back. If these staff have now lost their jobs out of this (and we beg to differ on that one too!!) its no fault other than the banks and these are the ones you should be venting your anger at like the rest of us. Please stop venting it at me..and also using the "forum police" in your posts. This is not a very good way of making "friends" on here and getting your point across.
We all come on here to shout a bit but not at each other as we are all in the same boat.0 -

I dont want to knock your work, just assist it.0 -

showergirl wrote: »Well we do not need your kind of assistance. You either help us or go away. Maybe it is because of your attitude that you lost your job. Your constant sniping is really annoying to people on this site, who are only trying to get back what is theirs. If we were wrong why are so many people winning their cases. We are hard working and times are stressful enough without you adding to it. Grow up and either support us or go away
Read my posts, a lot of them have provided helpful and useful information to people. I only retaliate when i am constantly being questioned by the forum police, this is meant to be an open helpful forum, however it just appears to be a place for a select few to flex their internet muscles and berate anyone who day question their knowledge.
I do not want to continue this petty argument, so I will continue to post in response to peoples questions. If the berating continues so be it. If you took time to question me you may find that i have a lot of very INSIDE knowledge, if you understand
And i did not lose my job due to my attitude, i lost it due to people not paying back debts they had received the benefit of.0 -
Advice requested - have a secured loan since Aug 2007 - PPI for only first 5 yrs of loan and not full term, although provided no claim in first 5yrs then bank will refund a very nice amount thank you but there is massive interest on the amount of PPI which I have tried to cancel. although offered a partial refund, the amount of continuing payments did not alter by much at all - have I got a claim for mis selling or unfair rebate. Any help would be much appreciated.0

Did you understand what the PPI was in that it was a loan to pay the PPI in full and also incurred interest for the full term of you original loan?0 -
