I rang Tesco yesterday, my caseworker is still waiting for my file which is in data gathering at the moment, they have three more weeks or I will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman.

Got a letter on Monday saying they were still gathering information and hope to let me know their findings within the next 4 weeks. I rang the ombudsman on Tuesday and they said they would write to Tesco on my behalf and have given me a case number. I was thinking of ringing tesco on Tuesday as it will have been 6 weeks then since I put in my complaint

Have you already sent the Ombudsman copies of your paperwork or did you just ring up?

I just rang up asking for advice. I will let you know if I get anything from them

I am not intending to ruin it and if you feel that i apologise, i am merely trying to give another point of view. However this differs from the forum police view and offends. If you look at my posts a lot of them do state fact for people to use. Just a little tiresome having someone question every time i post

Not me being offensive just stating facts that certain member does not agree with. Dont make this a secular board.
