Quite agree Di. Hopefully they will sort it out soon. My son has the X box elite I think and it has to date, touch wood, never gone wrong. I bought it for him last christmas. Was it a fault with the older ones or may his still have the problems even though it is not yet a year old0

We have been lucky and although we were told they would have to send it back to xbox we used our statutory rights in tesco and got one replaced there and then and then in September just gone the same again so they refunded after telling us again it would have to go back. He then got another from Toys r us and its got another 12 month statutory warranty. I don't think he could do without it for 10 days even...
Oh dear we have just been lucky then. Fingers crossed that it will last:eek: I banned my son from using his for 24 hours for getting an after school (for having his shirt hanging out) he then did not attend lunch time Room 9 so had to do an after school. They are very strict at his school.
My God did I regret it I had him in my pocket all day bored silly. Told him to clear his room or do homework:rotfl: That did not work. Talked all the way through Eastenders and wound his sister up. Think I will have to think of another punishment like chimney sweeping or painting the coal.:mad:0 -

Hi there Max.
Unfortunately these Red Flashing Lights are a common fault, it is known as the "Ring of death"........, like Marshallka says it can be a fault with any of them, new, old etc and the one my boys have are just coming up to 2 years old.
Again like marshallka's mine cannot do without it, they play live as well......but they will just have to bear it for a little while, not too long though I hope with xmas coming...... or they will have to replace it with a brand new one......:D , this is what we told them anyway lol.:DThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

marshallka wrote: »No way give them another 40 days. I would send another letter with the proof of delivery of the first letter and also state you now give them 7 days to comply by which time you will be contacting the ICO.
Many thanks marshallka - sound advice. I have now done as you suggested, and will wait to hear!0 -
