Its all about what the settlement would have been if you had your original loan and made the repayments that were applicable to the actual loan (ie without the bit that was for the PPI) and then settled on the date you did. They do a straight calculation with and without and pay the difference... its the blummin rule of 78 thats the problem...:mad: .

Marshallka I was thinking, is the Co Op on supposed to be paid directly to you in the bank?
Just thought of this because on the reclaims we have been successful with, which are 2 so far, they sent by cheque payments, or have I missed something here?

Happy Birthday for your daughter on Saturday. Such an interesting age. Is she a little madam yet? How wonderful you will love her christmas but am sure she will be more interested in the boxes.
