I think they sort this out for you quickly now going from sick to this. They should fast track it..
  • Hello, oooh Egg - Delay tactics. I today received T&C for someone else and they included mine but without the bit I need which is the loan details and my signature! I will remain patient - but it is so irritating. Maybe the lady who I have details for has my details!! Oh well patience is a virtue - Just thought I would have a quick rant. Byeee

    Good luck with it Di..:D
  • I've written to the FOS to ask that they look at my case without much further delay. It's been about 6 / 7 months now since I first submitted my paperwork to them and I'm stressing so much about money at the moment that I've started feeling on the verge of further panic attacks and the like. So much so, that I've went back on medication for it to try and help me sleep and stop the shakes - not to mention the council tax (04 and 05) arrears that the Council only told me about recently.

At least if I had a decision, I would know exactly where i stood with all of this and maybe get some sleep at long last. Irritatingly, it doesn't seem that anything I do moves it along and Sainsburys continue to apply interest and the like while ignoring OFT Guidance.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

I've asked for Egg PPI back too and I'm awaiting their reponse to my first letter. I bet it's two words and the second one is 'off' :p

You need to tell the FOS about this stressing bathgatebuyer. I really feel for you here on this one. I take it you are not on benefits or anything? Have you applied for the fast track here on this one. I know they only fast track most of the time for benefits but this is where i completely disaprove. There are so many other cases that need fast tracking too and although people on benefits are not so well off its just the same for someone with lots of outgoings and no money to pay them. I think you would be best to send all this information to the FOS and put in large writing "APPLICATION FOR FAST TRACK...

You really need to get this sorted as Council tax arrears is not a good thing and they should know this. Again, this is paid for when someone is on benefits so no risk of anything there. Its soooo wrong.

Let us know how you get on and try not to panic for your own health.. I KNOW its difficult but just have a rant on here when you feel like it and maybe we can help ease it for you.

Let us know how you get on..;)
  • Hi, wrote to claim PPI back (was a one payment up from job) and received a letter back on the 11th November saying it was being dealt with but then nothing. Is there a time frame they have to answer by? Sent my original letter on the 6th november.
