Yeah about this "as one" business, I have only seen one person post about it in that they have been told by FOS?? . I would have thought that everyone with claims about FP would also be notified. Have you received anything or perhaps you could ring and clarify this for us!!! I just find it strange no-one else has posted about it..

I haven't heard anything, only what was on here. Maybe I will ring the FOS on Monday and I'll let you know.

My hubby still not heard anything about fast tracking on his 2 complaints, although like many waiting, he did receive an email last week to say someone will contact him about this,it may have been the week before that actually, yet I received the same a few weeks to that and thought I was not going to hear anything, then the adjudicator just rang me unexectedly to say he was dealing with my case, I did not think to ask if it was fast tracked though... .

Its been a month now since they have received the Endeavour one "unfair rebate", and I bet its not even been checked to see if it will pass to go through yet, because I think that is the stage it goes to before going into a pile before the adjudicator........I think......... .

The last time I sent this in, I received it back within approx 3 weeks, if that, yet they do have large volumes to deal with and even more now I believe.

Yes and have not heard a thing yet........ , didn't want to confuse them on the phone in case I mess up, found it easier just to ask this by emailing and hoping to get it back in writing so I can go back to it if needed.

And yet I do not even know if it is an unfair rebate now either, and I may feel a right idiot being told that now...... , lol.

They just kept replying to my fast track with the "we have noted your request" thing. They did not fast track though and I have now got to go through this all again with the insurer...

This co-op one has been offered as "Goodwill" so no going into anything..As soon as they wrote to them they made the one offer and then two and hopefully the others will be redressed the same.

Just been nosying on tiggraes site for reclaiming (her home page as we have heard nothing from her) and on there it states that if you had an unfair rebate then you can claim under the "Unfair terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999". Now to make any complaint under this rule of unfair terms it has to be a "term" in the contract that was unfair in that because of it you received an unfair rebate. I wrote to the OFT about Freedom/Bespoke/FP once and sent it to unfair terms in contracts complaints and they wrote back to me stating that to use this to make a complaint then the complaint has to be about a contract that has an unfair term in it.

Take a look at tiggrae site and see what i mean.

I know my complaint for unfair terms and rebate against FIrstplus is ok as it was the term in that that was unfair.

Singlep also told me you have to prove the rebate to be unfair..
