Hiya Anne Jade, thanks for the support here.

I have not heard off anything else from the FP complaint only waiting for the Ombudsman to get back about having to go through the insurer... I am not in the "as one" as far as I am aware with the FP thing.

I want it sorting though and have emailed the adjudicator that told me that I had to claim through the insurer to check that I am not going to go through all of this and then get told "sorry no can do" again:eek: .

It is good news about the Co-op ones but will be better news when they accept the misselling of all four as its only two as yet...

Just can't wait til next week or so now.. I will be happy to lay it to rest then:D

Least you getting somewhere now though eh? Half way there with the Co-Op which is good, I'm sure they will come through on the other two as well. I hope I'm in the "as one" but, if so, it will probably take longer do you think? I'm only going for missold for 2005-6. Hope they don't exclude that time if they get fined. But hey ho what will be will be.

Hello all back from a bit shopping freezing toes and fingers  and even colder from trick or treating.

Marshallka I'm very pleased for you well done, you can have an extra good xmas this year. Only a couple left to sort out.:T :T :T

Got my son a wii game last week, free laser wii gun not in stock, eventually got it today. My son is obsessed with it. My puppy lab is just as fasinated with the red laser light, keeps chasing it everywhere, my hubby falling asleep and kids not impressed so decided as the puppy keeps chasing the light trying to bite it and hubby falling asleep they thought it would be a good idea to shine it on his you know what, the dog bit the light and also him :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Yeah about this "as one" business, I have only seen one person post about it in that they have been told by FOS?? . I would have thought that everyone with claims about FP would also be notified. Have you received anything or perhaps you could ring and clarify this for us!!! I just find it strange no-one else has posted about it..

I know its scary isn't it ? , something like 8 weeks for Christmas.....
Will be good if we all had good news from the FOS for xmas......:D , and to get the money in the bank by then too lol.....:T :D .
And if you don't get it in time you can always apply for a nice loan from them including their non optional PPI just to tide you over...:D
